Suspected Drug Traffickers

Tuesday, March 9, 2010

A suspected drug trafficker is scheduled to be back in court today, following his arrest last week for the second time in three weeks.

Following his February 16th arrest Scott Wesner was charged with drug possession and trafficking, three counts of possession of a weapon and two counts of failing to comply with his probation order.

Originally from the Lower Mainland, he was released from custody the next day but ordered to leave Fort St. John and not to be located with the City limits except for court purposes.

However, last Friday he was again arrested in Fort St. John and charged with cocaine possession for the purpose of trafficking and three counts each, of failing to comply with his probation order and failing to comply with a recognizance.

Meantime, Dean Carson Panrucker remains in local police custody pending his next court appearance next Monday.

He faces 17 separate charges relating to drug and firearms offenses.

what did they...

What did they think would happen? Did the local RCMP actually expect this guy to leave town. FSJ is a great drug market for a dealer. I can't believe they let him out of jail so he could hit the streets again the next day. I guess that is our great canadian court system at work. The only thing worse then this is the enforcement of suspended drivers licences. The judge gives the person a fine, and says his licence is suspended for x amount of days. The individual walks out of court to his car and drives away. Happens all over Canada.

The System is lacking.

I agree with Jays4ever, FSJ is a great drug market, unfortunately it has been so for quite sometime. Anyone who does not agree must have their head in the sand. Denial is harmful to everyone that lives in FSJ. The Laws and Courts as they exist are at fault and in the process of change. Police are controlled by these laws, they can only do what the courts allow. Are you aware of some of the dealers in FSJ. The finest cars, trucks, harleys, homes and the friends usually groups formed in addiction to money and drugs. Let the dead bury the dead. If they need drugs to enhance their physical relationships perhaps; they are involved with the wrong person. It only takes fifteen years to cause real harm. How sad. An utter waste of skin. Just my opinion. I would bet that more than half of FSJ knows someone involved or affected by drugs. Is this a secret, worth keeping?

Does anybody know whos

Does anybody know whos representing scott wesner ? like his lawyer ?
