BC Hydro submits Site-C Stage Two report

There is now confirmation that the Site-C Stage Two report has been submitted to the provincial government for review.

BC Hydro spokesperson Dave Conway says the Crown Corporation met the deadline on Monday 21st, to submit the report.

Conway says BC Hydro cannot release its recommendations, until the government has a chance to review the report.

He says there is no timeline available on when the report will be made public.

Conway notes there's no word on when the government will make a decision as to whether or not to continue with stage three of the evaluation process, as that is all in the hands of government officials.

I must have missed something! I thought we lived in a democracy where reports of this nature would be available to the citizens of this country. Guess we have the continued makings of "secret room" deals, for the good of the people in the Peace country. (I trust you detect the sarcasm!)
