A 17 year old accused of killing an Edmonton Girl made a brief appearnce in a Fort St. John courtroom.

The youth appeared in court today via a closed-circuit video connection. The matter was put over again until the middle of August in order to give police more time to disclose their files to the Crown and the youth’s defence lawyer.

The youth was wearing a dark green t-shirt, with his shoulders hunched forwards and sat in silence during his appearance.
