Blockade of the 115 Road near Tommy Lakes

rry River First Nation could start a road blockade tomorrow.

The blockade could be triggered by a dispute between businesses from the Blueberry First Nation and Tusk Energy. Clarence Appsassin is a representative for the Business group and he says the company has lied to the people of the Blueberry First Nation.

The Business group says that if they do not hear from Tusk Energy by the end of the day today the will start to set up camp on the 115 Road near Tommy Lakes. They will then give Tusk Energy another deadline of 1pm tomorrow. If that deadline passes the blockade will go up.

Clarence says this blockade will only effect people that deal with Tusk Energy.
