Things are heating up at the Marine Drive Golf Club in Vancouver, where first day leader Adam Hadwin shot a 2 over par 72 in his second round and still retains a one-stroke lead at the B.C. Amateur Golf Championship.

Two Fort St. John golfers will be teeing off in the third round today: Travis Eggers shot a 76 yesterday to drop him back to +6, and a share of 19th spot, while Adam Henning also shot a 76, to leave him in a tie for 35th. Pieter De Bruyn was the third Lake Point golfer at the open, but he didn’t have the magic he needed on Wednesday to make the cut.
