eps have now been taken in the City’s idea to provide city services to people outside of city boundaries. At last week’s city council meeting City Manger Diane Hunter brought forth a report on allowing residents and developers outside city boundaries access to city services. At today’s special City Council meeting, Council approved the proposal and now staff will create a draft policy. City Councilor Karen Simpson believes the proposal put forward maybe the best option.
