With just days to go until the 2008 Dawson Creek Airshow, a Canadian Forces F18 will perform a preview show for the residents of Fort St. John Friday.

Between 10 am and 10:15 am Friday August 1st, Fort St. John residents are encouraged to look to the skies as the F18 will put on a show to remember.

The F18 will then make its way to Dawson Creek and prepare for the full show this Sunday at the Dawson Creek Airport.

This is all a part of the 2008 Dawson Creek Airshow this Sunday, August 3rd. The show will start at 12 pm, with the gates opening at 10 am. The best part is that it’s FREE to see the show. The only cost is $10 for parking,

You can also take a shuttle bus from the Dawson Co-op that will be free. Other performers at the Dawson Creek Airshow are the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, the Canadian Forces Parachute Team, a B25 Bomber, Team Rocket, Dan Bucanan in his glider and lots of explosions.
