Giesbrecht among those in W.L. crash

More sad news for Fort St. John today, as Eathan William Giesbrecht has been identified as one of the 3 people killed in the 2 car collision near Williams Lake on Friday. Giesbrecht was in a Honda Accord along with his soon-to-be sister-in-law, Catriona Friesen, when the car collided with a pick-up truck towing a trailer. The Driver of the pickup survived the crash, though his 78 year old passenger, Rose Closson of Louis Creek, BC, also died in hospital.

Eathan Giesbrecht is remembered as an immensely likeable young man, with a big heart, and a strong sense of justice. He was a talented musician, he loved to snowboard, and was regarded as one of the best skateboarders in the area. Eathan William Giesbrecht, dead at just 15 years old.
