In Wheatbelt Baseball League action last night, the Rycroft Rage squeezed by Grimshaw 5-4 when the Huskies stranded the game tying run on 2nd base. The win gave the Rage a 12 and 3 record, while the always improving Huskies fell to 5 and 12. Also last night, 4th place Grande Prairie topped won in Wanham 10 to 6 and Dawson Creek upset Fort St. John on their own diamond, heading home with a 3-2 victory. Jesse Kurjata pitched a good game for the Diamondbacks. He threw 7 inning, giving up 6 hits and striking out 6.
