Natural Resources Canada’s Earth Sciences Sector has confirmed there was a small earthquake this morning, near Fort St. John. The quake, at 6:31 am, measured 2.6 on the Richter scale. Its epicentre was 118 kilometres west of Fort St. John, at a depth of 15 kilometres below sea level.
