Construction of the facility, at 81-12 96th avenue, began one year ago today…

The facility has twelve units and two of them are for double occupancy.

That means it will accomodate 14 senior citizens, and Ben says four of the vacancies have already been filled.

The open house will run both Saturday and Sunday, from 1pm to 4pm.
