A plane crash in northwestern Alberta has claimed one life.
The small aircraft, with two people aboard, lost contact with the control tower yesterday afternoon.
Searchers found the plane in a remote marsh area south of Beaverlodge, partially submerged under water.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other is in hospital in Grande Prairie.
