The City of Fort St. John will be showcasing the design for its newest neighbourhood tonight. The presentation represents the culmination of the city’s Charrette, an intense planning session with designers and local stakeholders that took place over the last four days here in the city. The new neighbourhood will be constructed on 37 hectares of city-owned land between 86th Street and the East Bypass Road, adjacent to the site designated for the new hospital. Tonight’s public presentation of the new neighbourhood’s design is from 7 to 9pm at the Pomeroy Hotel.
