There are a few more details today on the crash of a truck carrying H2S gas on the weekend.

RCMP spokesperson Jackelynn Passarell says the accident happened at about 10:30 am on Sunday.

Passarell says a tanker truck carrying sour gas went into the ditch and struck a power pole.

Passarell says an environmental protection crew also attended the scene, and the road was reopened as soon as the leak was controlled.

There were no injuries involved, and no word yet on any charges against the driver.
