Following the start of Phase 2 Consultations on Site C, Richard Neufeld believes everyones voice is being heard.

During the first day of Phase 2 Consultations on Site C, several protesters stormed the meeting demanded that their voice be heard. Minister of Energy and Mines Richard Neufeld says he encourages everyone to get involved in Site C Consultations.
