Alwin Holland School evacuated due to sewer issues

Students at Alwin Holland School were moved to a nearby church this morning, after a sewer issue in the school.

The problem was a sewer blockage, at the elementary school, which is located 106-15, 96th street.

The disruption is classes lasted more than two hours but, students were back at the school before noon.
