Huskies Rebound and Win 8-1 over Wolves

Huskies win 8-1 over the Slave Lake Wolves

The Huskies were at Slave Lake on Sunday looking to rebound from an 8-2 loss in Whitecourt on Saturday, and they did just that.

The Wolves scored first, but from then on all it was all Huskies, for a final score of 8-1.  Cody Kalb led the way with a hat-trick.  Dan Pappin scored two goals, and singles were scored by Dylan Apsassin, Cam MacKinnon, and Steven Fast.

With the wins of Slave Lake and Dawson Creek (on Friday), Fort St. John reclaims second place in the NWJHL.  The dogs have only one game next weekend – a Friday night tilt in Sexsmith.
