VE Brandl PeeWee Flyers Go undefeated on Weekend

The VE Brandl Pee Wee B Flyers defeated both High Prairie and Grande Prairie in All Peace action this past weekend to begin the season 2-0. On Saturday, the Flyers beat High Prairie 6-3 with Alex Hartman and Ricky Bateman leading the way with 4 points each. Hartman earned a hat trick and an assist while Bateman had three assists and a goal. Jarod Lang and Bryson Eklund rounded out the scoring.

On Sunday, the Flyers were a little sluggish getting going but great goal tending by both Logan Edwards and Lane Delfs allowed the Flyers to defeat Grande Prairie 3-1. Lang netted all three goals with the final one being an empty net goal.

The Pee Wee B Flyers will be off to Dawson Creek on Nov. 7-9 for a tournament.
