13 people killed by avalanches in BC in the past two weeks

The most recent avalanche death near Chetwynd on Sunday brings the total number of deaths from Avalanches in British Columbia in the past two weeks to 13.

Early in the day Sunday, an avalanche near Enderby trapped a snowmobiler and claimed one life. Read more from CTV BC on the Enderby incident.

This has been a particulary bad winter for Avalanches in British Columbia.
