Lekstrom hopeful towards ministries future

Blair Lekstrom isn’t looking to change the ministry of Energy, Mines, and Petroleum Resources following Richard Neufeld’s resignation.

In an interview today, Lekstrom said he hopes to pick up where his predecessor left off.

Lekstrom, who will also help cover constituency issues for Peace River North until the May election, also says he’s optimistic about the future of the ministry.

Former North Peace MLA Richard Neufeld resigned earlier this week, after being named to the senate.
