No word yet on what caused a water line to break at the Bert Bowes Jr. Secondary School on Wednesday morning. Late Wednesday evening the crews decided to keep the school closed again on Thursday and hope to have it open again by Friday. Water was found leaking into the girls and boys change rooms. It was decided to have the water turned off to prevent more leaking. Principal Ray Asai says crews are at the school to repair the problem. As a result of the closure, Mrs. Johnson’s parent meeting for her Grade 10 Science Class scheduled for tonight has been cancelled.
