Edgewood mobile home park closer to solution

The Edgewood Mobile Home Park is still trying to find a solid solution to an ongoing problem.

Residents were given the option last month to agree to a doubled rent increase, or face an immediate closure.

Since then things have become more optimistic, after the owner has given the residents more options.

Jodi Howard owns two mobile homes and says the park could see some new owners.

She says rent prices are still expected to increase.

Howard said an arbitration hearing is scheduled for March 25th. The residents hope to get an order for the owners to fix the broken lagoon.
