BC government liquor stores begin this year’s Support Dry Grad fundrasing campaign tomorrow.

Until the end of next month customers will be able to support dry grad celebrations in their communities, by donating one dollar or more to their local government liquor outlet.

This year 54 school districts, including District 60, will be the beneficiaries of the campaign, with all donations distributed to high schools planning alcohol-free graduation celebrations.

Now in its 9th year the campaign has raised more than two point three million dollars including more than 625 thousand last year.

This year the Dry Grad Celebration at North Peace Secondary is set for June 26th.
