The North Land Trail Blazers Snowmobile Club and the City of Fort St. John are holding an avalanche safety course.

With the amount of avalanche-related snowmobile deaths, the club says there is a need for the course.

The 2008-2009 club members can participate in the one-day course for a $15.00 fee per person.
