The City will notify all utility customers of the available payment options, with a notice inserted in the next invoice. Until further notice, residents can still pay Neptune Technologies and at City Hall.

All preauthorized payments mailed in January will be processed as usual.

If you have any questions, visit the Finance Department at City Hall or call (250) 787-8150.
