Moose FM Morning Gal Kelly Doiron Flips the switch on Moose Country! – Andrew Tylosky/Energeticcity.ca
Moose FM has gone country!
After 6 long years, Fort St. John has finally got its country back. At 7am on Thursday March 12th Moose FM threw the switch and the hottest country music became the new normal. In an effort to bring the sound that people have asked for, the staff at Moose FM have put their efforts into creating a country format that brings the community what they have been asking for.
When asked why? Program Director Adam Reaburn said that, “Over the course of my time in Fort St. John, the one comment that is made consistently – ‘When is there going to be a country station? That would really work.’ The answer is now. And you’ll find your own, local country station on the fm dial at 100.1. It’s a move we decided to make due to the community’s feedback. And now, we’re in Moose Country”
Over the last 6 years we have worked hard to establish our selves in the community. We’ve helped with every community fundraiser and community event. We’ve been there during every emergency or highway closure. That will not change with the new music on Moose FM. Moose FM is still 100.1% Fort St. John.
Our goal has always been to serve you. If its happening in Fort St. John and area you’ll hear about it on Moose FM. Join our Facebook Group at http://www.facebook.com/pages/1001-Moose-FM-Fort-St-Johns-Energetic-Country/57017183401?v=posts&viewas=793610493
