The 4th annual Northern Women’s Symposium has been set for May 5th.

Taking place in Taylor, this year’s symposium will include professional development activities designed for professional women, a luncheon, the Aurora Awards of Distinction, and several speakers.

Facilitating this year’s event will be Lorna McLaren, who will lead a full-day workshop called “Lead out Loud”, focusing on leadership and conflict resolution for women.

As well, this year’s luncheon Keynote speaker will be Linda Edgecombe – the best-selling author of “Shift or get off the pot – 26 simple truths about getting a life”.
