Alberta Peace Fatal Crash Update

In the Alberta Peace, the RCMP has released the name of the BC woman killed in a crash last week, near Spirit River.

Sarah Faith Bourdeaux was the driver of a car, which collided with a semi-trailer unit on Highway 49, about 75 kilometres north of Grande Prairie, a week ago today.

The 33-year-old Dawson Creek woman died, after she was flown by STARS, to Queen Elizabeth II Hospital, in Grande Prairie.

In their original release police said one of the vehicles involved in the crash, crossed the center line of the highway.

They still haven’t said which one but, it’s worth noting no charges have been laid and, the driver of the semi-trailer was not injured.
