The Fort St. John Mixed Slo-Pitch season has officially gotten back into the swing of things.
On Monday, April 20th, the AGM was held at the FSJ Curling Rink.  The League Executive were voted in for this season with Janey Prestley – President, Jason Atkinson – Vice President, Nicole Kelly – Treasurer, Janel McCallum – Secretary, and Byron Stewart – Director at Large.  On Saturday, April 25th, the annual ball feild clean up and team registration took place at the Surerus Ball Diamonds.  The league is proud to have a total of 44 teams register for the 2009 season and would like to thank all the persons that made it out for the clean up.
Something New! – This season, the FSJ Slo-Pitch Society will be selling advertising signage for the Surerus Ball Diamonds. Pictured is League President, Janet Prestley beside the first advertising sign formally put up on the Surerus Diamonds.
