Carole James — who rebuilt the BC New Democrat Party, after it was reduced to just two seats in the 2001 election — says she won’t quit, despite her second election loss, to Liberal Premier Gordon Campbell.

Meanwhile, she expects the legislature will be recalled this summer, to debate a new budget but that Premier Campbell likely won’t make that call prior, to appointing a new cabinet.
