Property Tax Notices are in the mail

Annual tax notices have been mailed to Fort St. John and rural property owners.

For all property owners, taxes are due Thursday July 2nd. You can pay your taxes a number of ways:

* In person at most banks and credit unions
* In person at local Service BC Centres (Government Agent) – Rural Property Owners only
* In person at Fort St. John City Hall – Fort St. John property owners only
* Using Internet or telephone banking through most financial institutions
* By mail

Rural property owners who do not receive a tax notice by mid-June should contact their local Service BC Centres listed in the blue pages of the telephone directory or at www.servicebc.gov.bc.ca/locations/. Property owners can also contact the Surveyor of Taxes office at 250 387-0555 (toll-free through Enquiry BC at 1 800 663 7867) or by e-mail at [email protected]
