The Fort St. John Senior Flyers revealed the logo for the 2010 Allan Cup at a kick off event Saturday.

This is the 2010 Allan Cup Logo that was shown off Saturday in Fort St. John

A sell out crowd was on hand for the Steak and Lobster dinner held at the Royal Canadian Legion.  By the end of the night over $20,000 was raised to help run the Allan Cup.  The Senior Flyers will host the 2010 Allan Cup April 19th – 24th at the North Peace Arena.

Canada’s oldest amateur hockey championship will be held in Fort St. John April 19th-26th, 2010. Senior AAA hockey teams from all over Canada will compete with the host Fort St. John Senior Flyers in hopes of becoming Canada’s 102nd senior hockey champions.

Senior AAA hockey offers a great brand of elite hockey that sees a variety of players with different hockey backgrounds. Many players will have either NHL, AHL, WHL or other semi-professional experience, as well as players who were recently local Jr.A and Jr.B stars from around the province.
