Most people wouldn’t dream of doing it, but four co-workers shaved their heads to keep a promise.

Wal-Mart manager of Fort St. John, Jennifer Powell told staff that if they could raise 20 thousand dollars for the BC Children’s Miracle Network by June 14th, four of the management would shave their heads.

Wal-Mart staff kept their end of the bargain and raised more than 24 thousand dollars. So on Tuesday, Powell along with Karey Gray, Dale Strickland and Norm Hardy shaved their heads.

So with the help of two women from The Glass Slipper, Powell, Karey Gray, Dale Strickland and Norm Hardy shaved their heads.

All proceeds raised will go towards the BC Children’s Miracle Network.
