Local Councilors promote Taylor after losing bet

Photo: City Councilors kept their end of the bet and wore Taylor’s t-shirts at Monday night’s meeting (Left to Right) – Trevor Bolin, Bruce Christensen, Dan Davies, Mayor Bruce Lantz, Lori Ackerman,  Larry Evans and Don Irwin. – Christine Rumleskie/Energeticcity.ca

Fort St. John City Councilors were decked out in the District of Taylor’s emblem on Monday.

In April, the City challenged Taylor to raise the most money for the 18th Annual Bowl for Kids Sake. The losing team would have to wear the other’s t-shirt at a Council Meeting.

Taylor ended up victorious, so Fort St. John Councilors kept their end of the bet and sported golf shirts displaying Taylor’s logo.
