A number of North Peace Secondary School students will be arriving in El Salvador, but not after a few airline problems.

Students and supervisors left Fort St. John on Sunday. At one point Air Canada at first delayed a flight the students were scheduled to be on, later they canceled that flight leaving the students stranded. Thankfully they weren’t stranded for long as they were able to make new arrangements to fly to El Salvador.

With the help of Teachers at NPSS, students were able to raise $100,000 for the trip and over the next month will build one school and will donate enough money to build a second school.
