Car causes Explosion Monday Night

An abandoned vehicle that was set on fire Monday night resulted in the explosion heard by many Fort St. John residents, between 10:30 and 11 o’clock.

The chief says the vehicle was found, in a bush area off elevator road and there were no structures nearby and no injuries associated with the fire or explosion.
