The Peace River areas is going crazy about dinosaurs!

The Peace Region Paleontology Research Centre (PRPRC) is well under way in our our area. The centre has been created in Tumbler Ridge utilizing one of the surplus elementary schools in that community. "The North Peace Economic Development Commission sees this centre as an incredible opportunity for all of us in this region that will have an positive economic impact," says Dan Davies the Chair of the commission, "this is the only centre of its type in our Province!."

Recently the North Peace Economic Development Commission donated $50, 000 to the PRPRC to assist in the creation of this wonderful museum.
