The RCMP have just released information about a theft of seed from a farm co-op.

On Friday June 13th, between the hours of 6:30pm and 9:00am, a container was broken into and grass seed stolen from the farm co-op located at 10273 79th street.  A lock securing the container had been cut off and in excess of 50 bags of seed was stolen.

The Fort St. John RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance as the number of bags taken would have required some time to load and a vehicle to move the items.  Taken from the container was three different types of seed, Alfalfa, Timothy and White Clover.
