The Fort St. John RCMP still haven’t said much about the shooting incident that happened early Monday morning.

In a news release today, police say they are still conducting an investigation, and that no arrests have been made. All they will say, is that the 22 year-old victim remains in hospital in stable condition. The unidentified victim has been transported from the Fort St. John hospital for further treatment, although his or her destination remains unclear.

Police are still requesting information from the public on the incident. Anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious on 95th street, 99th, 98th, or 98A avenue around four o’clock this morning, is asked to call the RCMP at 250-787-8145.
