The Fort St. John RCMP are warning area residents of a man who has been canvassing neighbourhoods for money.

The individual is reported to have attended several residences and businesses in Fort St. John, asking for money to pay for his taxi fare, tow fare, pizza delivery, and so on.

The individual is then reported to use the money elsewhere, misleading anyone generous enough to provide him with the money.
