Fort St. John company gets National recognition

They’ve done it once again.

Driving Force Inc. has been named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies in 2009.

And Fort St. John branch manager Montana Currie says she couldn’t be happier.

Driving Force was established by Jeff Polovick in 1978, and now has ten locations throughout western Canada.

Currie attributes the award to both Polovick’s leadership and customer satisfaction.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Driving Force has won this title. The company was first named to Canada’s 50 Best in 2006, and then again in 2007 and 2008.

Every year, hundreds of entrepreneurial companies compete for this title, in a rigorous evaluation that looks into each company’s management abilities and practices.
