Fort St. John’s Michelle Kelly has completed the first two races in women’s skeleton at the 2010 games.

Kelly is currently in 13 place with a time of 1:50.22.  That’s 2.26 seconds behind first place Amy Williams of Great Britian.  Kelly recorded an average speed of 140.3km per hour in the first run and 137.4km per hour in the second.

The third and fourth runs of the competition will go Friday afternoon at 4:45pm and 5:55pm, Fort St. John time.  You can view those races live at the Lido Theatre thanks to the City of Fort St. John and the Lido Theatre.

Mellisa Hollingsworth of Canada is in third with a total time of 1:48.35 and the other Canadian Amy Gough is in seventh with a time of 1:48.69.
