The Provincial Oil and Gas Commission confirms it has concluded its engineering technical investigation into a South Peace EnCana well site gas leak last year and will release a report on Thursday.

It will deal with witness observations, technical information and facts that determine the series of events leading to the gas leak, as well, as the action related to management of the incident.

The OGC also says the report will be written in non-technical language for maximum understanding and will include preliminary recommendations and directives into the incident, last November 22nd.

The Commission has also served notice it will organize a public meeting to address all aspects of the investigation at an as yet unannounced date, time and location.
