The Dawson Creek RCMP is looking for the driver of a vehicle involved in an unusual hit and run case early this morning in that city.

A police release says sometime between midnight and 3.30a.m, a vehicle slammed into the east side wall of the Robin’s Doughnut shop.

It is believed the structural damage will be several thousand dollars but other than it may be blue in color, police at this time have very little to go on regarding a description of the offending vehicle.

Thus public information assistance calls are being requested and received at 250-784-3700.
