That brings the 2010 total to 35 permits, worth a total of $10.7 million, which easily outdistances the 2009 first-quarter total of 23 permits, worth $1.4 million.

The City brought in $36,000 in revenue from the March permits, bringing the City’s 2010 take to nearly $69,000.
