11th Annual Bluey Day Event Tomorrow

The 11th annual Bluey Day event is {also} being staged tomorrow by the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation at the BC Ambulance Building.

At last report, over 40 people had agreed to get their heads shaved in support of cancer research and treatment.

The head-shaving is expected to run from 10.30am to about 1pm tomorrow, and for those who have not yet sponsored a participant, donations will be accepted on site.

It is also possible to donate online at Fort St. Johnhospitalfoundation.ca.

Since its conception in 1998 the Bluey Day fundraiser has raised over 900 thousand dollars.
