Early in the morning on May 2nd, RCMP responded to alarms that been set off at Rosco’s Pub and Grill, on Alder Road.

Upon arrival, police discovered a window had been smashed, and the front door left unsecure.

The police investigation has determined that the suspect(s) had broken into the liquor store section of the business, and stolen hard liquor and beer. Because of the amount of product taken, police believe a vehicle was likely involved, and also possibly more than one thief.

The total value of the stolen booze is estimated at more than $1500.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Fort St. John RCMP detachment, at (250) 787-8140, or to call crimestoppers, at 1-800-222-8477.
