The Hudson’s Hope RCMP and Fire Department were called to the scene of a mobile home fire Saturday morning.

The fire started at approximately 8:30am on June 26th near Beryl Prairie. The fire was extinguished quickly, but had destroyed the interior of the home.

At this time, the Fort St. John Forensic Identification Section has been called into help with the investigation into the fire. The fire is been investigated as a possible arson and at this point the caused is still under investigation.
