Man arrested arguing bail conditions in U.S.

A man who was arrested in Fort St. John in 2008 and had fought extradition to the U.S. is now trying to get his bail conditions changed in a Washington courtroom.

Brian Hall says the RCMP is not releasing details of the evidence gathered against him, so he cannot properly prepare his defence.

Hall has asked the judge to change his release conditions.

The 43 year-old was arrested after an extradition warrant was obtained when he was participating in the CMDRA races in Fort St. John.

He was indicted in the U.S. of attempting to import marijuana and conspiracy to launder money.
