Power outage near Charlie Lake


Update – Power was restored at 11pm Friday and Hydro now says the power outage was caused by a trees that had fallen over and knocked down hydro lines.


BC Hydro is working to restore a small power outage near Charlie Lake.

The outage is affecting about 300 customers north of highway 29 near Charlie Lake.  The outage should be restored by 10pm Friday.  At this time the cause of the outage is still under investigation.

The power went out at about 6:30pm.
